I Feel 03:50
Plumes haze my footfalls, ancient exhalation, exhausted and new Dust cakes my extremities, hungry for salt, sweat, testimonies of life A thin veneer matte with earth, skin buried, powdered with mire, warm with loam Ragged breath and quiet, quiet Shunpike carved from concrete, familiar cabala Isolated in the crisp wild, I feel the three Eyesight failing Knowledge sizzles through my veins I feel, I feel, I feel The heavens will not yield The atmosphere will not split Electric blue sizzles the horizon The three melt into air Breathe, breathe with equanimity

Amber skates atop water like glass, weightless like gliders Celestial foliage blooming cadmium and lemon, flooding me, drowning in violent lemon seas, awash in light, tinged with oxblood I despair the vacuum, I welcome the volume, the flames elate my slumber Ripples drag the sun, gravity distorts the wave, (Sufer) every particle, an ember, shivers of sparks Stars born of the vastness, pinpricks against the night, jealous to fill the space, voluminous candles burn We glide, we glide on slivers, slicing pitch Bamboo resists my shoulder blades from below, the fluid lilt surges on, its power comforting, rhythm sways Teach me to swim, great teacher Bearer of worlds Host to volumes Teach me to swim, great teacher Calm climber Tranquil sage Burdens dissolve, skeletons tossed I dissolve too

Oil And Milk 03:24
Grayscale cotton shrouds the valley, oil and milk dragged through the alto Bristles of white the boundaries, sponging lightning along the periphery, weaving sugar, christening the rim Blurring the brush’s grazes, intermediating The blue - ocean, haze, pure agate and sapphire - I’m content to drown Powder caps (the) Sierras, talc adhearing to mire Ponderosas creep through the drifts, they assert their station, entrenched in Rolling collosi, empowered with earth and mass, ancient protrusions, dwarfed barely by gods frozen dusts Mar their jagged horizons Their teeth textured with soil and grit, awash in oleander and porcelain Pinpricks sizzle my skin, mindless but brutal razoring through my organs with shivs of ice I am apart, I’ve abandoned the assault Sheltered by metal and plastic, a refugee from storms Lakes like glass pockmark the basin Sing Sing Sing Grasses spear through their ceiling Pillars of life in the static The blue - ocean, haze, Grayscale cotton shrouds the valley, oil and milk dragged through the alto Bristles of white smudge the boundaries, I am apart I am apart sponging lightning along the periphery,

I’d never seen the sun, now I’ve drank her molten streams Unknown valleys, spiderwebbed with arroyos, newly engorged with tidal swells Sprouting Verdure from seedling to windswept plain, vivified Rutilant, Her coals glow like oxygen stoking ember, solar flares combusting through my veins, traversing horizons like crawling mist countless sunrises crest my blood cells The Milky Way collapses into obscurity Swaddled with tubes, multi-limbed and encumbered, iodine mediating our touch She is power bound with cotton She is vitality, She is breath anew She is fresh lungs issuing challenges to the atmosphere A billion points of light coalesce A singularity is born I have seen god I have seen god I have seen god

Lanterns glint off the Sumida Lavender curls to blush, blending in refraction Strain deadens my arms, thick and unyielding, dense like clay Wet and wear prune my legs, Steering my path askew The city unfolds from the water, Its Concrete melts away Underneath the bridge, trains thunder overhead Buildings sprawl infinitely, tiny teeth below sky tower Asakusa demons dance in rivalry, snow embittered against summer Ukyo-Ku, luminous and forested, murky waters placid Shinjuku presents her galaxy, a chrome cadet staged with ore and grand keys Time after time after time whispers through the air, reverberating off glass and enamel: an easy sway consoles the onlookers He welcomes us with the anthem The initiate slink downstairs We descended Machinery accosted with neon glistens in the isle, penciling lime lasers into the night, Rimming the gattling chambers with precision The goddess pilots on, the corners of her lips climbing. She rockets her horns heavenwards, implacable The golden temple tears across Kyoto’s sky
6.
Volcanic shores blacken the precipice The bank marred with impositions of austerity and charred cruelties A swelling archway promises deliverance, It’s path outlined with brilliant liquid flame Warm and pulsing like malice incarnate A pillar presides midair, suspended by ectoplasmic Lappets dragged limply through the sway An ebony globe hovers its Mount A glass pupil Chartered atop a many-legged vessel, its formless helm Crowned with antler blades and chiming tassels A seer ghoul rises, immutable, enshrouded in weathered maroon, sanctioned from sully and brine, cruor beneath his station A pyre spits smoke and flame out his nostrils, yellowed eyes dim and resigned A wicked sythe fills his grip, Glowing runes emblazoned across his torso
7.
Nature to all things fixed the limits fit, And wisely curb'd proud man's pretending wit: As on the land while here the ocean gains, In other parts it leaves wide sandy plains; Thus in the soul while memory prevails, The solid pow'r of understanding fails; Where beams of warm imagination play, The memory's soft figures melt away. One science only will one genius fit; So vast is art, so narrow human wit: Not only bounded to peculiar arts, But often those, confined to single parts. Like kings we lose to conquests gain'd before, By vain ambition still to make them more; (Each might his sev'ral province well command, Would all but stoop to what they understand.)

Find the seam, bore the split asunder Tear limb from core, bubbles choked out from under The ravaged shore irie, prickly with hazy coral Fingers strained, grasping, skewered and petaled like floral Fields, aromatic with pollen and warmth Juvenile stalks splinter the earth, tendrils crawlin Into slitted skin, fine charcoal lines spread To enrapture every living droplet, the wound seldom bled We still hunger, we still starve We claw and bite and beg to carve Some small sliver to call ours. Strong nuclear force, sex hope and gravity Forces bending space and time, singularities in our cavities remedies, baravatities It's all bark and terror and blood and lust

All Ember 02:34
Through the horn gate, crystal honey chutes weave fresh dendrites in loose soil, fork-tongues spiderwebbing dross to continents. Glowing amber lacquer bronzes all surfaces, each serrate beaming, every granite blazing, barken scales breathing hazy furnace yellow. It gleams with Midas’ touch. All ember. We are made of dreams, weened on Promethean Sun, one ignition separated from tooth and claw

about

This is the Remaster / Reproduction of 2021's Blood Animal. Blood Animal was written over the span of 5 sessions with Cameron Argon and Garrett McGeein. Garrett McGeein was the original vocalist of Disfiguring The Goddess in High School / 2006. Cameron and Garrett had a small side project after Garrett left DTG called 'Seraphim'. When Cameron was in Minden, NV in 2019 while working on Katapillar asked Garrett (Reno, NV) to come down to make music. Very quickly realizing the project was a DTG release not a side project. All Lyrics were written by Garrett while Cameron wrote and recorded all instrumentals and vocals and then Garrett recorded his parts to replace or layer with Cameron.

This version's track listing is in the original chronological order of production. With this album being written between Katapillar and Sooth, you can hear how the songwriting goes between the two.

Album will be on streaming services on Feb 9th 2024
